I grew up in a family where every Sunday meant carne asada, and being vegetarian often meant figuring things out on my own. Dash of Chris started as a way to make vegetarian cooking feel exciting, approachable, and genuinely satisfying – without pretending life revolves around green smoothies.
You’ll find comfort food, kitchen experiments, Florida adventures, Disney eats, and probably a few chaotic tangents along thie way.
